This option will ensure you have a razor sharp knife edge, but with a secondary bevel on your Scandinavian grind or plain knife edge. This is often preferable as it creates a stronger edge that is less likely to roll over when you hit something hard.
Please be aware that we DO NOT do a Scandavian grind.

Measure the total blade length of all the knives to be sharpened of this type.
Quantity means the total number of inches to be sharpened. If you have two knives, one with a 3 inch blade and the other with a 8 inch blade, then you enter 11 in the quantity box.
